It is beneficial for all users if you can easily set up the professional monitor. The monitor has an extensive range of height tilt, pivot, stroke and swivel meaning that it can fit everywhere. Furthermore, Kenneth Shinabery states that the monitor has a great connectivity due to the DisplayPort, the mini DisplayPort, two HDMI 2.0 slots and four USB 3.0 receptacles.

BenQ PD3200U review by Kenneth Shinabery

The PD3200U monitor has a 4K UHD resolution which according to Shinabery is perfect for design, photography or video editing. The display has several front buttons which allow you to change the picture mode or adjust the brightness. These modes can also be changed with a simple click through the included Hotkey Puck. The expert especially likes the possibility to customize the buttons to map other modes or OSD settings such as the brightness and contrast. Another feature is the DualView Mode which especially multitaskers will appreciate. The BenQ Display Pilot software will split your monitor and turn it into two to simplify design works.

Moreover, the display features the AQColor Technology which follows the concept of “Accurate Reproduction”. Kenneth Shinabery states that BenQ generally has a high standard concerning the quality of color. Thus, the monitor offers industry standard color gamut including DCI-P3, Adobe RGB, Rec.709 and sRGB which allows everyone to see and implement the right colors to their work. Another bonus aspect is that the design monitor is factory-calibrated and achieves the utmost color accuracy. Therefore, Shinabery states it is perfectly ready to use which saves valuable time for the user.

All in all, Kenneth Shinabery states that the PD3200U monitor “covers everything that I want in a monitor and more”. Thus, he highly recommends the monitor for all creatives who require precise colors and are looking for a high quality monitor.
